All straps are too thin, so everything keeps coming loose by itself. The lock that came with it was thrown away - completely useless. The fabric feels very cheap - I'm amazed it holds together even with light use. It has a padded laptop sleeve and another that fits a tablet, although it's not great when there's a bag on it. It works? ? Yes, but it's worth spending a few extra bucks and getting something from a quality brand instead.
