Same as control action. There's a flexible control stick on the handheld remote for turning right, but it still works if you push it. The charger is just a USB plug, so no power plug is required to charge. I forgot it was me, but it sucks. The kids love it but it doesn't seem very sturdy and the instructions say not to be used outdoors so no digging in the sand or anything. Things.
