Lonwin's shipping timeliness has disappointed me

My interactions with Lonwin as a DIY auto enthusiast have been inconsistent. Although they have a large assortment of accessories and replacement components, their shipping times have frequently let me down. When I have a project deadline, it is aggravating that my orders take an excessively lengthy time to arrive. Additionally, they have inconsistent customer support. While some staff members are competent and helpful, some don't seem to want to help. This inconsistent behavior irritates me and has made me unwilling to do business with Lonwin in the future. Overall, despite Lonwin's benefits, I am unhappy due to the lengthy shipment times and patchy customer assistance. If someone is ready to take a chance on customer service and is not in a rush to acquire their orders, I would only suggest them to them.
