You may have read that people buy C-clamps with this product to attach the headrest to the chair. I have an Aeron Herman Miller and ordered c-clips with this product because I didn't want the burden of rigging with tarpaulin hooks. I have the clamps and THEY ARE NOT STABLE (at least with Aeron), they move and the headrest moves back and forth when you put your head down. If you have an ergonomic chair, or at least care about your spine, you should be aware that you need to support your back on an ergonomic chair in order for it to support your back. If you use clamps, they must be attached to the top of your chair, which does not provide a secure hold on the clamps (e.g. the C-clamps are not wide enough to fit both the top and bottom of the Aeron plate to grab). INSTEAD I used the tarp hook method with lots of plastic washers to secure the chair and IT IS STRONG AS A STONE. Try it, it's cheaper too. Assembly can take 20 minutes. Also, the screws that come with this product are not 1/4, I don't know what they are. I bought a second pair of 1/4 mounting bolts to match 1/4 nuts. WATCH THE VIDEO
