I like how easy it was to set up my report filters, especially for our accounting department who doesn't have much experience wtih Excel formulas etc., but still need access! The ability add additional fields such us "Assignee" makes things less cumbersome since we don’ t always know what each person will be doing before hand (e g adding Assigned To field). It would help if there were more options around customizing your own views within enasys professional which could possibly make other people's jobs easier too - e eg creating new tabs so you can easily sort through projects vs items without having go back into excel first just because someone else needs something different from yours? But this isn”²s really big gripe at all- otherwise everything has been great about working together seamlessly via shared drive folder!!
