The toilets in our newly purchased home are high quality, low flow Kohler toilets that are almost 15 years old. After a few months, we found that perfusing often required multiple flushes, or worse, dipping before emptying. Bathrooms have proven to be an important part of maintaining a home's value, and potential buyers scrutinize them closely. The storage of high-end toilets is thus a profitable investment.
