REVISED - I'd like to revise my previous review on this product. The company was amazing and contacted me right away with a replacement. I've used the replacement several times and seems much sturdier than the first. It's the same item so the first issue must just have been a fluke. And I was very impressed with the customer service - thank you!I liked this during my first use by the pool this past weekend but when taking the phone out at the end of the day, the plastic ripped so it's no longer usable. The plastic on this one seems very thin and brittle compared to the last one I had that I was replacing due to my new phone that is larger in size. I'm hesitant to purchase this one again due to the plastic. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with it as I think I'm outside the return period.
