Review on YOXINTA by Nathan Jankowski

My recent experience buying at YOXINTA's online store was a huge letdown, especially given the company's stellar reputation for customer service. To start, getting around the website took a lot of time and effort. Trying to track out the precise item I wanted was a chore, and I wasted a lot of time clicking through endless pages. The product descriptions also lacked the depth necessary for me to make a well-informed purchase. After waiting a long time to make a purchase, I was disappointed to find that shipment would take weeks and the item would arrive broken. I contacted customer support, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful, so now I have a defective device and nowhere to turn for help. Overall, I was not satisfied with my purchase from YOXINTA's online store and would not recommend doing business with them. It's a shame, because I was hoped their items would enhance my enjoyment of using my mobile phone.
