Looks much better in the pictures. I thought it was some kind of faux leather. But it's just made out of a silicone rubber-like material, much like a flea collar. In fact, this is a flea collar with stitching. Also, it's very big, I don't know what it's for, Clydesdale? It was huge on my Thoroughbred 15.4. I had to make some new holes in it to fit and then cut off the excess material. Functionally it works after modifications. I'll update if it doesn't work or if it's returned. If it lasts a long time and my horse ends up loving it, I'll give it a few stars for the update. But for now my advice is to spend a little more money and buy something better.
