Looks much better in the pictures. I thought it was some kind of faux leather. But it's just made out of a silicone rubber-like material, much like a flea collar. In fact, this is a flea collar with stitching. Also, it's very big, I don't know what it's for, Clydesdale? It was huge on my Thoroughbred 15.4.
