Exactly what I wanted. My criteria were light beige (with a yellow cast), light, easy-care bedspreads. I waited to review until I used it, washed it and then fell in love with it. The quality is excellent: nothing dangles, the fabric is very soft. Our beagle boy, malarkey and persian terror, whim - sleep with us. They bring in more hair and dirt than any kid. The duvet is easy to wash. I have a large capacity washing machine. This quilt fits inside leaving room for other items. Light weight is exactly what we need. We live in the Pacific Northwest; This blanket offers enough weight for spring and summer. PLUS, it actually fits our double bed! It does not shrink and just falls to the ground. Does not pose a security risk. Highly recommended!
