What I like about this socket is that it's not too thick. This makes the installation a little easier. Unfortunately there are many more things I don't like about this outlet hence the 2 star rating. I don't like the fact that the hot and neutral wire has to be twisted with another hot and neutral wire. There is no way to screw or plug it in like other sockets. It is also annoying that there are no connections for twisting wires. The most annoying? This must be because you have to unplug the USB cable and plug it back in if you want to use it again. Let me explain - let's assume your phone is initially connected and charging. You can disconnect your phone from the network at any time. Then plug your phone back into the charging cable but it won't charge. You have to unplug the USB cable and plug it back in for the cable to come back to life. It took me a while to figure this out with multiple phones. I'll probably be returning this jack because of this annoying factor.
