Great Product Broken Pump
I have been using this Cetaphil moisturizer/sunscreen every day for over a decade. Never had any problems with the pump. The first tube worked as expected, but the second was defective. I tried everything I could think of to get the second tube to pump the product but nothing worked. I ended up cutting this part of the tube off and storing it vertically in a plastic bag. My solution works at home, but I can't pack it in my travel bag. My warning: test each bottle before the return period has expired.
