Works great and versatile!
I had a baby 3 months before I bought this belt. At the time of purchase I have had a puckering/popping sensation in my belly button for over 6 weeks while doing daily chores and exercising. I bought this because my cesarean bandage was no longer tight enough where the pain was coming from. I wore this for about 6-8 hours for 1.5 weeks and my pain was gone. Velcro closures ensure a perfect seal around the litter and the entire band stays in place.
