Review on RGEEK by Jason Stokes

Recently, I went to the RGEEK online store in quest of a certain item, but I was disappointed by what I found. They have a vast selection of building materials, however the explanations are too vague and raise more questions than they solve. Instead of the specifics I was hoping for on the items' features, specifications, and compatibility, I was given generalized descriptions that left me with more questions than answers. Because of this, I had a hard time comparing products and picking the best one for my needs. To top it all off, I found their website to be confusing and difficult to browse. I made an effort to get in touch with their support staff, but they never got back to me. In sum, my time spent with RGEEK was less than satisfying. While they offer a large variety of products, shopping with them was a difficult experience due to a lack of information and unhelpful staff. I'm hoping they'll work on these issues going forward so they can provide even better service to their clients.
