When I contacted the company to enquire about a return, I was met with a representative who was unhelpful and uninterested, as well as one who appeared annoyed by my request. This is not the kind of treatment that any consumer deserves, much less one who has spent their money on a product that falls short of expectations. As a life coach, I actively encourage the people I work with to make shrewd purchasing decisions that are in line with their aims and priorities in life. I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company and seek instead for another that places a priority on its clients and supplies goods of the highest possible quality.
