Stops teeth grinding
Bought this for my boys who tend to clench their teeth in their sleep. It took a bit of effort to heat up the mouthguard and fit it to the teeth but when it's done it's done and now my boys have guards that work. I can't comment on its ability to whiten teeth as we don't use it with whitening gel but it has definitely helped my boys stop grinding their teeth at night.
