Review on Grater Plate Set Ceramic Grating Kitchen & Dining by Dean Locke

I love mine - it has changed the way I make garlic. I got one of these because I use a "fair amount" of garlic in most of my meals. Dishes. I have spent many hours chopping garlic and was quite skeptical when I received this grater. I was undecided after the first two uses. Then I read the instructions - dampen the slab and brush before use. When I did that and started rubbing in a vertical motion instead of a circular motion, I fell in love with them. This halves the garlic cooking time and is a lot less of a hassle. Now I can use more garlic with less effort. I was looking for something different at Revain and came across this product. I had no idea they were available from Revain. Mine came from a gourmet olive oil store. I love it so much I stopped shopping to write this review. Take one - you will be more than satisfied.
