Using High Sierra 10.13. Specifically, the multi-device wanted to switch between laptop and iOS. I wasted 3 hours of my life plugging this into my laptop. Most Bluetooth devices are automatically recognized by my laptop and eventually connect with each other without any problems. But not this one. After a deep dive into the guts of Logitech's website, Google search, Revain, and YouTube reviews, here's my solution: 1. Find a merging receiver tucked in the same place as the battery. It is not packaged separately and there is no sticker or anything to indicate where it is stored. It was fun.2. Download the Logitech Control Center from their website. Install it.3. It doesn't install like a normal app. Instead, once your laptop restarts, you can find Control Center under System Preferences. Install the key. Click on the Control Center and it finally connects to the mouse. Enjoy the wonders of a Bluetooth mouse. ANOTHER PROBLEM: The mouse pairs with my iPad. and it moves across the screen after Assistive Touch is activated. and the scroll wheel works when viewing the page in Safari. but none of the damn buttons work. There's no way to tap the app to use it, so use your finger anyway. I've seen similar complaints on YouTube. This is torture. If no iOS solution can be found, it will be returned.
