**UPDATE November 2020 - I have completely changed my rating for this speaker to 5 stars. I contacted Kingwin about my speaker issue and was so happy to hear that they stand by their product. Robert at Kingwin replied to my email before the end of the day and processed the speaker replacement order. He said I should have it by November 8th, but it arrived in my mailbox in just 2 days! (I live in California and so does Kingwin. I am very pleased with my experience with Kingwin. Customer service is what I truly value and I am loyal to companies that make it a part of their mission. Your work is phenomenal! I order got another speaker for my friend's birthday today so he doesn't take my new one!It has it all: Great sound - Long battery life on a single charge - Waterproof/Sustainable - Square shape to stand alone - Hanging loop or attach for security (I have it attaches to my bike basket) Very reasonable price Simple aesthetic design Let's just say I bought a couple of speakers I don't know how many I stopped counting but also stopped buying them after I got this one For such a small speaker, it has a great sound. clean and loud, but not tinny. I took it everywhere. to the street nd, to the bike basket for cycling. to the pool and jacuzzi, under the shower and etc. My friend liked it too. Too much and it gradually became "his" speaker! He liked that I was square (versus the round one he had) and could stand on its own so he didn't have to hang it up. He works on rebuilding the house and takes it to work every day. I would give 5 stars for everything but the USB connector came loose and fell into the speaker. I went online to look up the warranty and found I had never written a review. I bought it in April 2019, so after a year and a half of daily use I'm not discouraged. Of all the speakers I've bought, this one deserves praise.
