so understand that, I ordered this wooden skirt because it looked good and the color matched my living room, trees and decorations are not exactly easy to make. Long story short, the product arrived a full 3 days after it was supposed to arrive - you sent the wrong item, literally a completely different wooden skirt than what I ordered, different pattern and colour. my fault) NOT PICTURE. To say I'm disappointed is a weak statement. - I don't know how to return the product and get my money back. I will update more information as it becomes available. UPDATE ::: The item can be returned to my local Kohls store.
