The setup process is ridiculous. You plug it in and wait for the router to say "Waiting for wireless connection" very loudly, and it repeats this over and over until you can connect it to your WiFi. Very unpleasant. Then to sync with your phone you have to go into the app and it starts beeping very high pitched and asks you to put your phone next to the camera mic so it can hear it and thus connect. Well it's a joke. Never heard or seen anything like it.
