I have used other socket extenders in the past (see photo 'old extension') but the plugs often get blocked once 1 or 2 plugs are connected. With this extension I was able to plug in everything I already had and I still had 3 outlets available. Not to mention the convenience of the USB ports! There is no complicated installation process.
