Let me start by saying that I take garage lighting VERY seriously. I have a total of 11 4 inch LED lights in my two car garage and until these new lights came along I had four 100w LED bulbs in two regular overhead lights. The 100W LED bulbs are rated at 1600 lumens each, for a total of 6400 lumens per light. I thought it was the advertised 12,000 so it should be a lot brighter. no They're a bit brighter, but that may be because they're more focused compared to the regular 100-watt bulbs I've had before, giving a wider pattern. Like: They seem a bit brighter than my combo of four 100-watt bulbs. Dislikes: More expensive. An $8 splitter and maybe $15 100W LED bulbs are almost as bright. Too focused, I wish it had wide angle LEDs. If price is an issue, opt for a 4-way splitter and 100W LED bulbs and you'll get 90% of the way for a lot less money. - to lead.
