A beautiful knife. on paring knife

This curved paring knife is probably the most beautiful knife I own. Forged fit. A full shank blade/Paca wood handle is ideal. The knife is larger than a typical bird's beak paring knife and the ark is larger so the blade doesn't bend as much. I've used it for peeling potatoes, and it's not as good for digging out eyes as short, sharp-curved knives, but it's better for general peeling. It could, for the most part, replace a regular straight paring knife. He's so pretty I'll find out where he fits in my kitchen just like you, a kid that turned out to be not quite what you imagined ;).
