Item as advertised, fast shipping, very happy with the product and ease of use. A compact label printer that prints higher quality labels than previous technologies. Did everything it could to ruin the printed label, but it resisted and stayed sharp and clear when it came out of the printer. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to type from my bluetooth cell phone and how easy it was to choose my preferred font type and size according to my needs. The printed document came with a roll of white tape in a well packed box. Despite the dented outer packaging sent by Revain, the inner packaging was not damaged and the device remained intact. I personally love this little compact printer and will use it for tasks that require quality label printing when needed.
