I love that it is integrated with our payroll system - no additional software to purchase or maintain! It's easy to use once you figure out how all its features work together; however, there are some quirks here & there which can be confusing at first but get used to them quickly enough. We have been able to track employees time off without having an in-house HR department (which was previously required). This has allowed us to better understand employee productivity as well as reduce overtime hours across many departments.
