The configuration tool is completely useless. I couldn't resize it, so I had no choice.
The adjustment tool is totally useless. It couldn't be resized so I had no choice but to go back. I've removed the pins from countless watch straps, but I've never encountered anything like this. I think I could take it to a jeweler but why bother with the extra cost? Very disappointing. Otherwise I would have kept it.
