Bought for son as a gift

A very nice bracelet and gift as it comes in a lovely velvet box. My 19 year old son loved it. My brother, who is good at everything, used a link removal tool and had no problems. It's too early to tell how long it will last, but it looks very nice and appears to be of good quality.

The configuration tool is completely useless. I couldn't resize it, so I had no choice.

The adjustment tool is totally useless. It couldn't be resized so I had no choice but to go back. I've removed the pins from countless watch straps, but I've never encountered anything like this. I think I could take it to a jeweler but why bother with the extra cost? Very disappointing. Otherwise I would have kept it.

Nice bracelet, lousy case

Nice lightweight bracelet, needs some patience to determine its size. Looks good for a man. The youtube video shows how to do it, follow the advice and start disconnecting somewhere in the middle. I bent an already installed pin but there are 2 extra pins on the back of the toolbox so don't panic if the pin bends or breaks. I would have given 5 stars but the hinges on the case broke about the 3rd time it was opened. Okay, I'd put 5, but on business.
