Sharp enough for tomatoes

The Taidea knife sharpener makes it easy to keep your kitchen knives sharp enough to cut tomatoes (and other things). It's amazing how you get used to your knives and don't even notice when they get boring. I thought the tomatoes were tougher. Then you get a knife sharpener and the tomatoes are instantly easier to cut and you end up with slices rather than a mashed tomato. Or so I thought. Tomatoes are my standard for a sharp knife, but a previously dull knife cuts all kinds of vegetables and meat easier and cleaner. Sharpening (as stated in the description) only requires a dozen and a half taps on each of the sharpening slots and you're good to go. The first slot is for rough polishing and the second slot is for refining the knife blade. You may feel more comfortable doing it with Taidea because of the handle and non-slip base. The first place that comes to mind is the kitchen, since that's where you (usually) have the most knives. However, a knife sharpener also works well with scissors, pocket knives, and other knives. This is an excellent solution to the problem of sharpening knives and maintaining their sharpness.
