Cons: 1. Instructions in Chinese only. Luckily, there are a few YouTube videos that are helpful to watch. 2. The scale is not constant. In particular, stairs and furniture are not on the same scale. The upper floor differs in scale from the lower two.3. Some details are cut incorrectly. Some of the beveled pieces didn't have the same angles or widths.4. The included white glue is not enough to complete the project.5. The stairs are not to scale (1:24) and not to the same scale. They don't have handrails. Pros: 1. Well done wood cutting/painting.2. The bottom details and large side panels are thick and durable.3. Since I bought the bash kit it has worked fine. I was able to easily swap out parts of the house and some furnishings. The stairs were disappointing as I intended to use them as is.
