After initial confusion was fairly easy to assemble

I was a ding-dong and on the first step where it tells you to press the buckle down, I was pressing it onto the bottom rung, which is like the foot for the organizer where it touches the surface of your workspace. You want to clip it to the bars just above that, as seen in the photo I included of the instructions. After that it was easy to assemble and works great.
