I've been through 2 such hair dryers in 5 months. The heater stopped firing completely (it only half lit up). Received a replacement from the company. 2 months later the same problem. They tell me I have to pay them $35 to assess if it's a manufacturer problem and if they find it isn't they don't have to ship it back to me. I have not done anything to this hair dryer to make it not work properly. I had my last hair dryer for over 8 years. I am very frustrated with this issue. There is no need to talk about the strength or durability of this product. I don't recommend it.
