I like this hair dryer. It has a good strong cord. As another reviewer noted I had no issues with fire etc. The hair dryer arrived clean and unused. I needed a hair dryer that was softer on my hair. This seems to leave my hair in much better condition after drying. I don't see any freezes either. Overall I think this dryer will last me many years and I think I made the right choice. It also doesn't take long to dry your hair.
