I've used this product 4 times in the 6 weeks I've had. only four. I had inexpensive hair dryers that worked every day for several years, but when I spent $100 on this one it turned out to be defective and stopped working. Defective again, I haven't changed my mind so 30 days shouldn't matter. They told me to contact the company directly. The company replied that I had to return the item at my expense. They will then see if they can "fix" it and send it back. I'm guessing it will take weeks and who knows if the repairs will hold up. It was owned for a little over a month, not years. OR - my other option - if I just "go and give them a 5 star rating on Amazon, they'll send me a replacement". Essentially bribe me for a review, don't substitute the product and do the right thing. I am appalled that this is my choice after buying a $100 hairdryer that doesn't work. I'll look around for another brand.
