I wasn't sure at first, but after spending the evening getting to know her, I think she's great! At first I had a bit of a problem getting the ink to flow because I hadn't screwed the cap on tight enough. I had to use a pin to turn on the other so they can be stubborn but don't give up! I'm not comparing them to WOS because WOS is more like opaque glitter that doesn't work as an overlay. Spectra act like an overlay because they are transparent. They work great on colored pencil! I was happy to see that after a little practice the brush became perfect. The glitter effect is enough for me. Use them with a very light touch. If you apply too much, the color can smear underneath and make it look dull. If you want more glitter, wait for it to dry completely and then add another layer. The shine doesn't crumble or get dirty but if you touch it with your finger then yes you will see it on your finger. If this is an issue, consider some sort of fixer for your completed work. It took a while, but the more I use them, the more I like them!
