Pros first: :-) - Inexpensive. - Folds up into a nice little package. - Big enough for any purpose. - Matte black finish looks nice. Cons :-(- The stem is shorter than it looks in the pictures. (I can live with that) - The stem is permanently attached to the stand so you can't remove it and use it like a regular mic stand (I can live with that) - The stem adjustment is based on friction and there is a way to tighten it enough that it will hold any but the lightest mic (deal killer) Anyway I'm considering returning it and thinking about spending a few more bucks and getting a decent one ...one of my lightest mics...does the Revain have a better mic I have no idea.
