This carburetor is very similar to the one on my 03 xr80r. They have a few interchangeable parts with a factory carburetor, but the slide itself is much smaller and non-interchangeable. The factory carburetor has 2 studs that attach the carburetor to the intake manifold, this carburetor only has threaded holes. So you need 2 screws to install it. After install fuel was spilling at the bottom so I moved the needle down one spot and that fixed most of the issues and the bike ran fine. Don't expect to be able to use the factory needle and injectors as that combination will not work with this carburetor. The needle length is different from the Honda factory needle length. I've only tried Honda injectors and everything worked like crap. This carb can help you, but it won't work perfectly.
