I suggested buying it for my outdoor kitchen road trailer but if for some reason you don't have the perfect level on one side or the other when you put it on high heat the pots vibrate or pans immediately. So you must always be there to keep the pot/pan on the stove, just make sure you have whatever you plan on cooking Roth with you. Because if you run and need to grab something, there's a more than likely chance that the pot/pan will be on the ground when you get back to it
