Old neighborhood and old pipes. We've just put up with bad water for years. So as part of a full revamp of our house's plumbing we added the iSpring 3-stage system and we're really happy with it. Funny story, we had a very squeaky faucet and I thought after the filter install I would take it apart and clean it up so it wouldn't squeak anymore. But no, once clean water started coming through it stopped squeaking on its own! Must be very clean water!Only one issue - When I first installed it I could not get the inlet fitting to stop leaking. No amount of teflon tape or tightening would fix it. One 'call' in to iSpring and Sean got me all set up with a new head and that one went together just right. That's what matters most to me, that they supported me when I had an issue. I will definitely consider more iSpring products as the need comes up.
