This product is not a Matrix product

This shampoo bottle came in a box. When I opened it I was surprised that it wasn't wrapped in plastic. Shampoo spilled in the box. I used the product and quickly found that the shampoo was very runny in the bottle. Sulfate-free shampoos should be thicker. I also noticed that the smell of the product is very different. I believe this bottle says "Matrix Shampoo" on the outside, but the inside is slightly lower quality.
