Bulbs have two pins on the base and are very bright. For those of you who buy these for the long life of the LEDs they must be great. For those of you who buy them for their low power consumption, not so much. I already have three cabin LEDs on my sailboat that have a built in voltage regulator and draw 0.1A. The LEDs you're looking at draw 0.3-0.4A (three or four times that of other LEDs ). In comparison, an incandescent lamp requires about 1.2A (three or four times what is required for GRV LEDs). UPDATE: After a year of use on my boat they all work well and I am very happy with these lights.
