This item definitely runs big as it has said in the other comments. In body con dresses I sometimes need a medium. In this dress I ordered a small. I am 5"8 135 pounds and a 32DDD (but my boobs are perky!). This dress MORE then accommodated my chest and was totally not see-thru. I definitely had side-boob but I don't mind that. If you need a bra with this dress don't order it because even one of those specialty bras is going to show from the sides. The main problem is I felt the waist and the crochet below the chest ran very large and especially since my boobs stick out so much made it not fitted at all. I think this is suited best to someone who is a C-cup and below. I am also curvy with a small waist and a bigger hips and butt and I felt that even though this was a fun look it definitely tented-out from the widest point of my hips and made me look bigger then I actually am. Also if you happen to be sensitive to things tied around you neck mind you that the whole dress is supported by a single tie up top and it can get kinda heavy after some time. It did reach all the way down to the floor for me which was great but if you are any shorter then I am be prepared to pay for alterations. Also please excuse my horrific shoes it was just for review purposes. This dress really looks just like the picture. For $22 dollars you can't beat the quality and the bottom is lined. I am sure this dress would cost 125-200$ in a department store. I am only giving this 4-stars because it wasn't my favorite look but more because of my shape then anything else.
