Review on 6-Pack Brushmo Replacement Toothbrush Heads Compatible with Sonicare e-Series HX7022 - Efficient Oral Care Solution by Jeremy Camacho

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Add me to the list.

I've had Sonicare for about 12 years now and have (still) used standard Sonicare OEM brush heads. They were fine, but due to the high cost, I was always tempted to use them for much longer than I intended. Lately I've been buying heads from Costco's E-series, which keeps the costs very low. This time however, I recently found out about Sonicare aftermarket heads and I decided to give it a try as we are quite a distance from Costco and didn't have a planned trip there. "Replacement heads are from Sonimart and WOW, they are great! No doubt I prefer the feel of these heads to the original. Quality wise. I feel like they are made with the same equipment as the original brushes. The only negative is that they seem a little louder to me. More "vibrating" noise, and tightening the strings doesn't seem to calm it down as much as the original brushes. However, if you get a multipack at Costco with a coupon, they cost about as much as these. However, I'm sure these softer brushes are more pleasant to the touch, which is why I'm getting them now, even if they're not much cheaper.Update 12/2015: I've deducted a star because my first Sonimart died suddenly after about 5 weeks of use (I brush twice a day on average, literally overnight, it got a lot weaker and a lot quieter) but I'm taking it out (I need my Sonicare now o Clean manually without sound. The head is practically intact, nothing is broken, it just doesn't work anymore. I have more of these so I'm hoping it's just a bad head (although I've never had a bad brand head in the last 12 years and I've never had less than 5-6 months). heads.). If this happens again I will drastically lower my rating as a 5 week lifespan is unacceptable. Big. I also noticed that this one is quieter than my first one, so I guess I just had a bad sound the first time. My bristles are just starting to get to the point where I want to replace the head. Probably about 4 months. I think that's pretty reasonable as these bristles are a bit softer than the 'standard' bristles so it makes sense that they might wear out a little quicker. Also, to be honest, I brush my teeth more often than most people (since I work in customer service and insist on eating onions for lunch). Probably 3-4 times a day. so yours can last longer. Finally, I recently happened to be using a toothbrush with "regular bristles" (i.e. not soft) and I forgot how hard and rough they are compared to my silky smooth soft bristles on my Sonimart head. It felt like brushing my teeth with a wire brush. Now I'm sure I'll never go back! Last update: I changed my mind today. It's been almost exactly 5 months since I started this. It worked fine the whole time. I was able to keep using it, the stubble was acceptable. Basically I just wanted a new brush head and at $7 every 5 months it's very affordable.
