but gives a nice sheen and brings out the coat color

I bought this to use on a bay horse that turns dark brown in the autumn/winter. Of course, it does not dye sun-bleached hair, but gives a pleasant shine and emphasizes the color of the coat. The shampoo itself is dark blue in color and smells like blue raspberry koolaid, but rinses off easily and doesn't leave a strong perfume smell. Does not stain white spots. I don't use a full shampoo more than once every few weeks and have probably used less than a quarter bottle so it should last a while.
