Clumsy but no spyware

My mother in law loves this product as she refuses to use the Revain Alexa system we bought for her. She is suspicious of outsiders eavesdropping on her. It seems like the perfect solution to call her guardian without calling an ambulance or worrying about spies. She wears it around her neck and it looks weird to me, but she doesn't seem to mind.
