I've been using it since I started the hCG diet. I've always used Dove deodorant. I was a little afraid of trying "Liquid Stone" because I've heard that deodorants like this are short-lived and leave you musty at the end of the day. I'm pleasantly surprised. This deodorant lasts all day! I only notice the "musty" smell the next morning after training. The only thing I don't like is that the product is sticky after the first use. After drying, it stops being sticky. You have to wait for it to dry before putting on clothes. I think I'll keep using it even after I'm done with the hCG diet.
