This two part mix works well. I monitor my Ca, KH and Mg levels and when I add the recommended dose I see the levels go up. My coral seems very happy with the addition and the coral algae have grown more as well. My magnesium levels weren't high enough, so I added extra Seachem magnesium. I also noticed that my calcium levels were higher and my alkalinity levels were low, so I started adding more Part 1 than Part 2. With a little work on the encore and testing, you can get it to a good level. I add it at the water change every weekend and then add it back during the week.
