This pen is decently built except the gates. I bought two of the largest size, spending $1300. It came with 8 gates, and all of them were defective. The latch was welded wrong so the gravity lock is defunct. I'm a vet tech so I've use hundreds of kennels.It is definitely wrong. It's locked when you hold the handle and unlocked when the handle is down, so it can just be wiggled open by a dog. I brought this to the seller's attention with the attached pictures and their response was essentially "oh, so sorry for the inconvenience, how about a partial refund to get it repaired locally? $30? What? That's not enough to get it repaired? Actually we don't see anything wrong with it, bye." Absolutely unacceptable, I would not recommend this pen to anyone. Do not trust it to keep your pet safe, and do not do business with Topeakmart, as they will not stand by their products.
