I am a woman with unusually large hands and have been buying XL yellow Playtex gloves for many years. Unfortunately they seem to have discontinued this size so I had to shop around for a new brand hoping they would fit. (Stores never carry gloves big enough to fit my hands comfortably, not that I'm going to hit the stores as early as November 2020.) I found this and other brands that seemed possible and bought both. They fit sooo well and were sooo comfortable! I was pleased! The colors were beautiful and my pairs arrived in good condition etc. After about four months I started to get annoyed that I felt like I had claws on me to do the dishes. The fingers and the area of the palms gradually became more and more stiff. Some of them softened in hot water, but not completely. I eventually decided they were just too stiff to safely wash dishes as my dexterity steadily decreased as the stiffness increased. I threw away my first pair (still whole and soft on the inside) about a week ago and pulled out another pair that were in the box. Looking at the questions people were asking, I found that increasing the stiffness of vinyl (or whatever it is) was the expected result. Not satisfied with this detail. I am not sure I will order again although they fit very well and I am very comfortable. Also excellent thermal protection.
